Dear Young Professionals,

I would like to welcome you all to our new recruitment concept entitled DISRUPT. To gain a better understanding, let me tell you a little more about its roots and origins.

Within the ABC Automobile Division, we have always placed a large emphasis on the development of our People. In 2002, we launched our first Management Trainee scheme and have continued to grow Talent internally over the last couple of decades. The fruits of these programmes are visible today with many graduates rising to occupy Senior Managerial positions.

Providing the younger generation with opportunities to express themselves and to grow within our division forms part of our DNA. They are handed key assignments, allowed to rotate within our business units and given enticing projects to develop. As they progress, our young professionals are provided with the possibility to pursue further studies, broaden their horizons and unlock their potential.

In this world of constant change, being able to recruit the right people becomes even more challenging. With DISRUPT, we aim to take our recruitment scheme to new Heights and attract a new generation of Talents.

In the past, a disruptor was a term used to describe naughty students sitting at the back of a classroom or in our mother tongue “bann dezorder”, but they are now at the forefront and the term is widely used in today’s rapidly changing business environment and is considered the key to success.

We are looking for disruptors who have a fresh view on innovation, willing to apply a sharp degree of agility and unafraid to shake things up. By doing so, we will DISRUPT the way things are done and set new trends that will evolve to become the benchmark.
